Our automatic CAM is integrated into 3D CAD
No worries about exports, imports, exchanges or manual intervention! Everything is automatic and smooth. The CAM writes programs directly in the machine language. No DXF. Equipped with ultra-powerful functions, it offers flexibility unknown to our competitors.
The CAM is capable of assigning several different tools according to a defined sequence to carry out more delicate machining than others. It is also capable, based on the name of the material, of searching for the tool adapted to the selected material and of executing different tool lead-in and lead-out to take into account the properties of the material.
The CAM can also calibrate the parts or not. It can trim the thickness of the edge during calibration for example. This saves you from having to make adjustments to the edge banding machine.

Each carpenter is unique!
Each carpenter has developed his own machining typologies according to his criteria. And these criteria are infinite. Our CAM adapts completely to each client. We are not imposing anything on him. We are writing a unique post-processor for the joiner. Unquestionably, our CAM explodes the carpenter's productivity.
Do you have several CNCs from several different brands in the workshop? No matter, our CAM will be able to write for all these machines.
You change machines tomorrow and buy a machine from another manufacturer. No problem, you just need to buy the post-processor adapted to the new manufacturer. You can continue as before.
The CNC machines
There are three types of CNC machines:
- the the pods & rails machines, from 3 to 5 axes. These are the most common machines in Europe. Two countries produce 80% of the models: Germany and Italy.
- the machine with a full table also called Nesting. Very popular in Anglo-Saxon countries, it is experiencing increasing success in Western Europe thanks to new Cabineo or Fixchip type connectors which are opening up new horizons.
- the vertical machines (and sometimes horizontal). The panel is held in one or two grippers. These move the part according to the machining to be carried out. The drilling/milling block is fixed (well almost). In principle, these machines serve as a complement to the other two types. But manufacturers are constantly improving them to expand their production capacity.
As a craftsman, Nesting and vertical machines are best suited if you have a small floor space and you produce boxwork.
